Work Description: Cracked paint spots in living room.

Comments: I was impressed with the assessment of work to be done. I trust this company to provide superior workmanship based upon my meeting with Udi. What is valuable about the estimate I was quoted is that I have a choice of short- vs long-term results. Long-term results are more costly, however, it is worthwhile to know one's options. Udi provided a detailed description of the work that needed to be done and how that work would be done including the time frame. I'll provide information about their performance once I have the work done which I'm planning to have done soon.

Work Description: Repair dry wall and paint bedroom.

Comments: Expensive, but the painter was extremely professional and nice. My wife and I were told he'd be at our house between 7 and 7:30, but didn't show up until 8. I would've loved the extra time sleeping myself! Otherwise, very good.

Work Description: I had a front and back porch painted red and the front of my house repainted and the back brick area sanded and had a clear coat to protect it from the elements put on.

Comments: Carlos and Sal were sent to me and they were Awesome. They believed in doing a quality job and did so!! They were Very punctual and the Andrew Cortez was a pleasure to deal with regarding the quote and even adding extra things to the quote when I decided to have them done then and there. They finished in two days as promised. I will definitely hire them back.

Comments: I received a call within 3 minutes. The coordinator was really helpful, has a relationship with Sherwin Williams was able to get our custom paint and made everything really easy. I got a quote within 30 minutes. Very reasonable. The painter arrived on time and did a great job. Painter was quick and left the office spotless.

Work Description: Remove wallpaper throughout my condo , prime and paint entire unit.

Comments: I live in Central California and needed work done in my Southern California condo. Andy cortez worked with me via phone, e-mail and my Broker. He was very accomodating. They did a very good job on a difficult project. My broker was also pleased and recommended him to do a job for one of his clients.

Comments: Andrew Cortez's crew: Ron, Carlos, and especially William, were extremely nice, and I am especially grateful that they gave up a large part of their Memorial Day weekend to work for me. The work was very good and I am pleased with the areas that were painted. Great job and great service.
