Work Description: Completely repaint house exterior

Comments: We needed to repaint our entire house and we were leery of hiring a painting contractor after we had a bad experience with College Pro Painters. It was a tiny job, but it caused just soooooo much grief! So we were a little worried since Leonardo doesn't look much older than those guys. We got 3 bids for the project and Leonardo's bid was the lowest at about half of the highest bidder. That low bid also gave us pause (you know what they say about the lowest bidder ....) One thing we liked about Leonardo during the bidding process was that we could always get ahold of him and he always kept us informed on the progress of the bid. A lot of these other contractors, you have to leave nothing but a string of messages and then, they don't get back to you. We initially didn't pick him because of his apparent lack of experience. Well, as fate would have it, the contractor we hired became suddenly ill and dissapeared off the face of the planet. No phone calls returned or nothing! In desperation, we call back Express Quality Painting and redo the contracts with him and Helmstrom Professional Services for building our deck. Well, I don't think that we could be happier. He brings in his crew of about 4 people and they paint an entire side of the house in just a few hours. They also did an impressive job of refinishing a moldy bare wood cedar decking ceiling using a palm sander. Boy, I bet that guy felt like DaVinci working on the Sistine Chapel. In short, they get the job done without a lot of runs, drips or errors. And no drama! They were also good for what they didn't do, like paint the neighbors with overspray or kill my plants or leave a mess. So, we saved a lot of money with Express Quality Painting and we got an excellent job - what more could you ask for?

Comments: This is a great Contractor, very professonal, does Excellent work, helped us out when previous Contractor just didn't show and we had a deadline that had to be met, all work was done the same evening we contacted them, and done extremely well, and at great price! He will be the Contractor we use for ALL our future projects. If u want excellent results at a great price, this is the Contractor, Deb/Joe Richardson

Work Description: Living Room hallway alot of work left by prior Contractor

Comments: I had called Leonardo at approx 5pm on a weeknight, hoping he could come finish my living room/ hallway that was left undone by another Contractor...... Not only did Leonardo show up 30 minutes later after I called him, but stayed the rest of evening and got painting completely done, he does excellent work, very professonal, and how many Contractors can u call in the evening cuz u must have job done that nite, and not only do they show up, they do excellent work, for a great price, we will be using him as our Contractor for all our projects
