Work Description: 1. Sanding, priming, and painting kitchen cabinets; plus painting kitchen wall. 2. Painting living and dining room.
Comments: On Tue 9/7/ and Wed 9/8 2010. The paint job to the cabinets and walls looked great. I was very pleased. However, I have a few comments that must be noted: 1. The lead painter (Robert Hall) arrived without any material. I initially told him that I had paint, but he assumed that this meant that he did not have to bring his own paint -and charged me for the purchase of two extra gallons of paint when it was determined needed. 2. He also did not bring primer; albeit he purchased this product himself. NOTE: In spite of the good job done, this was the most unprepared I've ever seen a professional painter show up for the job. He came basically empty handed... and did not even have rags to use for paint residue or cover... so I had to supply even the rags used.
