Swale was able to complete this job within 3 days, before my move in date. Subsequently, Swale made a proposal to paint the remaining interior of the townhome and complete the job within 7 days. I accepted the offer as I thought the price was very reasonable for the job. The commitment by Swale was met and my expectations were exceeded. Comments: Swale was very enthusiastic about the project the moment I met with him, which was the end reason why we chose to go with him. He had a lot of good ideas that we actually went with as far as colors for the paint. He was fair in price and he completed the job within the time frame he estimated. He even went out of his way to repair some plumbing in the back of the house which took them a good part of the day and resulted them getting soaked!
