Comments: This is as honest as I can be....they do a very, very good job. If I can be very specific with my rating it would be 4.5 stars only because I am a very hard person to please and excellent to me would be perfect! The work is close to perfect. I wish I can post some pictures here so ya'll can see. The half point difference is due to a little snag in time (which is not entirely their fault) and a recessed light that was missing a halo. But Ted is great to work with. Always upbeat and conscientious to return your calls anytime of the day. I highly recommend UHP.

Work Description: Application of three layers of skim coat to prepare surfaces where wall paper was removed and then application of paint to Dining Room, Kitchen, Breakfast Room, Office, three bedrooms, Master Bedroom, Retreat and five Bathrooms

Comments: This was a very big job since all of the rooms are much larger than the average home. The work was executed in an exeptional manner and we are very pleased with the finished product. The crew was always prompt by showing up on time every day for almost a three weeks. Thecrew took great care in cleaning all areas at the end of each day. The entire experience was far beyond expectation. We will use this company in the future if the need arises.

Comments: Ted Fink was very professional as he gave me three choices of what we can do. He asked me do you want a long term or short term fix. He seemed to be very concered on what my needs were. We decided to replace the roof, we plan on staying in the home for a long time. The price was fair as i got other prices, United Home was the only one who asked me what my needs were. Work Description: My marks at this time are a little misleading and by that I mean we have a little different situation. I live in las vegas and the other house I have is in Agoura and I am in contact with United home painting to do some work for me even if the tenants don't move out... UHP has been in contact with me and is doing everything I have asked of him, his punctuality has been great and his pricing reasonable...I can't really answer the Quality question yet

Comments: This is backwards ..sorry about that The work I want him to do is to paint the interior of the house and replace the facia boards on the exterior and stain the entry side gates
