Work Description: Exterior painting of house

Comments: Gave painters exact colors to use. all colors stayed the same except main house color. They used the wrong colors on trim, detail and porch. Broke two windows in the painting process and repair took over two weeks. Storm windows were replaced but not caulked so no longer tight. All storm windows were removed for painting windows and remained off for over two weeks in the hottest part of the year.

Comments: I will continue to use his service, he is very reputable and trustworthy and does great work.

Work Description: Carpentry repair and painting for our condominium.

Comments: This is the third year of working together and they are great. What is great about them is that if their is something that I am unhappy with they will change it right away with no hesitations at all.
